Unnatural Secrecy is a soundtrack-esque, created in 2009 by composer, Thomas K. Berrones of Fort Worth, Texas.
The music of Unnatural Secrecy is described as a narrative entity, derived of situations and events translated / expressed cinematically.
Thomas has no classical background, and has cited his long-time favorite film composer, Jerry Goldsmith (among others, as well as other entities) as being an inspiration for cinematic music displays.
Early compositions (which relates fairly to the works of Unnatural Secrecy) date back to when he was a kid, creating 80 minute dub tapes of eerie, dissonant music and sounds/samples, all fused together.
Through out the years, Thomas was also involved in the local underground music scene throughout his teens and twenties, playing guitar and drums; forming Mausolea Deist/Outside Shadow, and then later, Therapy Of The Unrest. And has also helped participate in other groups, temporarily.
Since 2009, Unnatural Secrecy has released five albums (Limited Copies): first one being the derelict reaches of "Unearthed". "Designed" is a science-fiction thriller/horror of entrapment. "Tales From The Morgue" an anthology of horror and suspense themes based on real events told through songs. "Year Of The Ghost" is a Halloween concept of things moving in full circle. "Dreams For Sale" a musical memoir of cases involving nightmares and split personalities. "The Accursed" a clownish, and otherworldly themes, following the perils of tarot reading; police pursuits; love-triangles; betrayal, as well as the emotional dealings with life after death.
All albums and songs were published and released under independent and digital labels: Independent Chamber Music and Gestalt Records.
